Watch your Language*

Words have a vibration. What we say creates our reality. If we watch what we say with more intention our reality will manifest more quickly to match what we say we desire. Negativity is a very slippery slope. We have all had a time we came back all pumped up from a seminar or great experience. We couldn’t wait to share it or find someone that would celebrate along with us in a great forwarding conversation. Pretty soon we would find our self complaining along with the market,or weather and back in he said, she said, or what they did.

The good news is the slope is slippery both ways. As we begin to speak in high vibrating positive words and thoughts it will astonish how quickly we align with clients, and colleagues and begin to have outcomes flow to and from each other with ease and joy. We already know this. Our body responds to this language, we feel it and it energizes us. As we hear “Good for you” “You are amazing” “You did that!” “I am so proud of you” “You are inspiring” This changes how we feel. This changes our actions. This changes our knowing we do deserve what we want. This changes to our self being are we truly are.

We know when ever harsh words have been spoken to us, we have also felt it. We are all probably feeling words from our child hood that still sting and continue to claim their victory over us. No more. Let us restore our being and reclaim a part of our childhood by blessing all that said “Watch your language” to us. See them as the ones that were in possession of great wisdom, had respect for us and wanted the best for us.

Now, begin to practice this on our self first. Remember, we can never be too good to ourself, too abundant, too healthy or too inspired. Scan over the words from the list called low vibrating words as a reference. Focus on the list of words that have a high vibration. Let us begin to insert them in into our language and into our personal affirmations. Choose language around the words that truly reflects our inner being.

Human consciousness calibrates at approximately 204. Dr. Hawkins has categorized words that are linked to over all life-view, emotion and processes within each vibration. Example; life-view-hopeful, emotion-optimism, and process-intention. We will simply list words from lowest to highest for this purpose of this article.

Here are the lowest Vibrating words in order of ascent- think of the language within these words that are present in our life. Simply observe as we are reading these to see how we feel.

Shame, disgrace, embarrassment, despising, miserable, humiliation, demeaning, elimination, guilt, fault, remorse, vindictive, evil, blame, destruction, apathy, boredom, laziness, condemning, hopeless, despair, abdication, grief, sorrow, unhappiness, disdainful, tragic, regret, despondency, fear, panic, dread, punitive, frightening, anxiety, withdrawal, denying, disappointing, craving, enslavement, anger, irritation, annoyance, vengeful , craving, enslavement, pride, indifferent, demanding, scorn, courage, permitting, feasible, affirmation, empowerment brings us to neutral.

Affirming empowerment brings us to neutral.

Here are the highest vibrating words in order of ascent- think of the language within these words that are present in our life. Simply observe as you are reading and see how we feel.

Neutrality, enabling, satisfactory, trust, release, willingness, inspiring, hopeful, optimism, intention, acceptance, merciful, harmonious, forgiveness, transcendent, reason, wise, meaningful, understanding, abstraction, love, loving, benign, gentle, compassionate, reverence, revelation, joy, one, complete, serenity, transfiguration, peace, all-being, perfect, bliss, illumination, enlightenment, self, is, ineffable, and pure consciousness brings us to the highest vibration we are to know.

This is us. This all of us now. The body heals itself within these words.

These words are for us to create a sentence to stay above neutral in our day. Completing this and saying our sentence over and over will have us remember our purpose and who we are. This distinction has us now know what the greatest human beings in history knew. Think about that and embrace it. As we choose your language carefully we become inspired and become inspiring.

Stay with thoughts that inspire us, our family and our life. Observe the other thoughts as evidence we are not on the path of your desire. To stay present, focus on the words above neutral. We are not in the moment when we are within the words and language below neutral. The past is our illusion. Only now is real. When speak our truth it is creation now. Watch your language!

Free Will- Freedom

We are all Artists. The medium we use is our life and our canvas in the universe. Remember we are an extraordinary unique expression. We are all here creating with permanence forever changing the masterpiece that is eternity. We are here to choose to live in this awareness.


ART – Awareness Realizing Transformation


As Artists, when we change our awareness a new perception and perspective can inspire an original thought action and outcome. ART accesses who we are being. Who we are being affects everything we are doing.  The freedom of our expression is our fulfillment. Expressing from freedom is our destiny.  As we let our thoughts soar to the vantage point of love every solution reveals itself. Today's solution is Free Will.


Like a bird trapped against its will
All will still stay the same until
It realizes
Its own free will


Free will; the ability to choose
Without to exist, exit, excuse, loose.
Thoughts fuse to rouse revealing choice
Power realized as each moment’s voice.


Sings free will as freedom
Choice and action as its kingdom
Never again against its will
Sill only until desire fulfills goodwill


It now stays in what it says
Sings the way to play on this new day
Freeing freedom willing a knew way
Here may the stillness hear its triumphant ray

ART-just is!

MASTERPIECES HAVE NO EGO. Ohhhhh… Do you ever notice a piece of art, not having an ego, does not pick up any baggage throughout its life to cloud its original intent? It is what it is. This seems to make it effortless to see the multitudes of unlimited aspects its meaning holds and in that, its message and beauty. It is also easy to accept it fully without a need to second guess or change it. Art is considered so sacred that one would never altering or fixing what is sees. What would it be like to simply see ourselves as we are and within in that space of acceptance, see the perfection we have always been? If we can get back to our original state, the clarity of who we are will allow others to also fully realize and remember who they really are. It is in this exact moment that we become the masterpiece and the artist in our own life. Our meaning will have clarity and in its simplicity, love will be realized.  Finally our beauty will be known as we hear the whisper.... be-you-too-full.  Just us, no other, the original.


In our original state we were created from the image of pure love, greater than any physical masterpiece we have ever seen. We are an original, the uiniverse was the artist, and the medium was love, period. We are that which inspired every Master 's word we admire. Please allow these words of truth to begin to remove some of the layers we all must shed. Where do we begin? We begin with simple questions and honest answers, each intending to cast, a layer that prevents our true essence to be known. Isn’t it perfect that cast means to shed and also to radiate? In the casting, as in sculpture, what we will remove will unveil with clarity our ultimate image. If we can boldly strip back to our souls, we know our gifts will be known by all, and that our life will truly have made a difference.


Haven’t we been waiting to hear that this power has been ours all along and that we ourselves can reveal our own truth and beauty? Let your answers and affirmations become you, as you become the master artist in your own life. You are already all you intended to be. This is just a reminder of the joy to reveal you as a masterpiece. You will unveil yourself over and over again, discovering the most irreplaceable, fearless, and beguiling being. Let us instead of being knights in full armor charging our way through life become dazed full of amour charging through the night, living in power, on purpose and in divine beauty. We will not only see the masterpieces we are, but create a life that we will proudly dance across, signing it, as an artist would with boldness and love. We only think we haven’t already been doing this. Let’s begin the conscious creation of our self and our life as a Masterpiece.
